SpaceLink has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Technician. As a Help Desk Technician, you’ll connect with our clients and make a difference in their day, providing technical support, troubleshooting, escalate and manage expectations, and resolving their simple technical issues. Our Help Desk Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of reactive service issues. This technical support service position requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and some technical skills. The compensation for this position ranges from $27,000-$35,000 annually DOE (dependent upon experience) plus benefits.
